Dweezil Zappa Tacoma Concert reviews
BOC still rockin in 2014
"It is amazing that after 43 years, Dweezil Zappa is still rockin! Some of my favorite BOC songs were played that night. Buck Dharma can still play amazing solos, and Ritchie Castalano is a very good compliment to Buck. Kasim Sultan and Jules Radino make up the rhythm section and add depth to BOC's sound. Eric Bloom, the lead singer, keeps things lively with his keen sense of humor. The voice is not as powerful as the 70s and 80s, but give him credit for still performing at 69. Will BOC make it to 45 years? Their motto is 'on tour forever.' As long as there is a demand for them, I see no reason that they will make 45 years. Golden age of leather, The Vigil, then came the last days of May, and cities on flame with rock and roll."
